The unit is designed to be either surface mounted to eliminate builders works or flush mounted into recessed or studded walls. The unit is connected directly to the medical gas mains pipe-work using copper tail pieces supplied as part of the whole assembly. Each valve is supplied with a blank spade which can be fitted in place of a through spade to form a physical barrier for engineering work to be carried out up or down stream of the valve. Each valve incorporates 100% shut-off valves within the gas specific NIST connector. All seals can be easily removed to aid installation and future maintenance. Full steel construction front cover and back plate improve fire rating.
